Here is a quick overview of our history since we formed in late 2006. 

 November 2014 - The group acquired a business which source vehicles for private operators in the taxi sector. 
 November 2014 - The group consolidated its position as Fords third largest partner in the UK by acquiring four dealerships in the North West 
 November 2014 - Further expansion saw the group purchase Halifax Nissan
 September 2014 - The group opened the sole Infiniti Sales Outlet in the North East of England
 August 2014 - Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Jeep now represented in Newcastle
  May 2014 - The entire share capital of Hillendale Group Limited was acquired increasing our Land Rover dealerships to four and opening our first Jaguar dealership in Bolton
 February 2014 - Two sales outlets in Sheffield acquired by the group added a further Volvo and Nissan Franchise
 December 2013 - Acquiring the entire share capital of Brookside (1998) Limited added three Volkswagen dealerships to the group portfolio
 November 2013 - Two Hyundai dealerships acquired in Edinburgh.
 July 2013 - A newly refurbished flagship SEAT site opened in Birmingham
 July 2013 - Two Volkswagen dealerships were acquired from Lookers PLC
June 2013 - Land Rover Leeds, Bradford and Guiseley were acquired from Farnell
 March 2013 - The Group acquired its first Volvo dealership in Derby
 January 2013 - Vauxhall Carlisle and SEAT were acquired from Dobies and a Vauxhall dealership in Keighley from Walter C Briggs.
 December 2012 - Finalising the purchase of three Honda dealerships from Springfield placed us as the largest Honda dealer in the UK
 September 2012 - The group added a further six sites acquired from Co-Op Motors in Derby, Ilkeston, and Bradford
 August 2012 - By acquiring Doncaster Honda the group expanded to seven Honda dealerships.
 June 2012 - Two ford dealerships were acquired from Holiways in Durham and Hartlepool. The group also added Suzuki to our portfolio in Mansfield
 January 2012 - The group acquired Vauxhall Northampton which brought the number of Vauxhall dealerships we operate to eleven
 August 2011 - Chrysler Jeep franchise added to the group and we acquired the share capital of Widnes Car Centre
July 2011 - Our fourth Hyundai dealership opens in Peterlee and a third Nissan dealer in Glasgow
 June 2011 - The group portfolio was strengthened by acquiring Mazda Bristol
 April 2011 - Barnsley SEAT acquisition
 February 2011 - Our used car operation in Darlington becomes a franchised Nissan outlet and Patricks of Durham was acquired.
 September 2010 - Dunfermline Peugeot was acquired and we completed the purchase of two dealerships from Lookers PLC- Nissan and Ford
 July 2010 - A further SEAT dealer acquired in Derby
 June 2010 - Another two acquisitions in Scotland further increase the Macklin Motors brand 
 June 2010 - Two further Vauxhall locations added in Crewe and Macclesfield
 April 2010 - After acquiring our second dealership in Scotland we re-branded as Macklin Motors
 January 2010 - Bought our first dealership in Scotland
 December 2009 - Our first SEAT dealership acquired in Darlington
 November 2009 - We added Lichfield Vauxhall to our portfolio
 June 2009 - The group purchased our first Mazda dealership from the receivers of Brooklyn Motors PLC
 June 2007 - Grantham Motor Company Limited was purchased and a Ford dealership from Jennings Group.
 May 2007 - The group acquired Blake Holdings Limited
 February 2007 - The group purchased the entire share capital of the Bristol Street Group Limited
 December 2006 - The group was admitted to AIM
